The last Fighting Machinists EP.
A 2002 7 Track CD EP by The Fighting Machinists. The Hanseroth Twins would know Brandi Carlile by now and all three had been performing together for a while, so this would be the tail end of their own band. By 2003 both Jonathan Plum and Geoff Ott (who mixed and mastered this ep), would work on the first Brandi Carlile EP – We’re Growing Up, with the trio band as we now know them.
This EP contains the original version of The Story, written by Phil Hanseroth.
The EP came in a cardboard sleeve. It’s rarely been seen, and in fact the only know “sold” copy was in July 2024 when it suddenly appeared on Discogs.
Released under the bands own record label – Phantom Panther Records and is numbered PP03. (PP02 was Silver Cloud)
