On May 31 2024, Lucius released a whole new imagining of their Wildewoman album. Included friends such as Marcus Mumford on Go Home (The New Recording), Devon Gilfillian on Tempest (The New Recording) and Brandi Carlile on Housewarming.
In fact there is a new Housewarming (The New Recording) on the release, and the Housewarming (feat. Brandi Carlile) (The New Recording) was suppose to be bonus version only availalbe on CD and Vinyl only. However, on June 21st 2024, they made it available digitally on all streaming platforms.
The song turns into three-part harmony with Brandi’s vocal, as well has her being lead vocal in the second verse.

History
Brandi Carlile and Lucius have a long established artistic friendship. Brandi Carlile produced their most recent album, Second Nature (appearing on some tracks). Lucius always feature and have a set in the Girls Just Wanna Weekend Festival – also hosting the last night after–party each time. They are also part of the original Joni Jams and featured heavily on vocals on the Joni appearance at Newport in 2022, which marked her return to public performances. Lucius have subsequently been part of the Joni Jam band each time including, The Gorge in 2023 and the Hollywood Bowl in 2023.
