Single – Rich (iphone demo)/ I Think it’s Going To Rain Today

A 2017 CD single released exclusively to Brandi Carlile’s fan club (Bramily).

The first track is iphone demo song written by Phil Hanseroth. The second track is a cover of a Randy Newman song and features Catherine Carlile on vocals. It was produced, engineered and mixed by Jerry Streeter. Jerry is the bands touring engineer, and also married to Brandi Carlile’s wife’s sister.

The photo on the front is not credited, but was taken by former White House photographer Pete Souza, who was with the band while they recorded their upcoming album By The Way I Forgive You. He has said it was taken on an Iphone and after one of the long studio days while waiting for transport in the cold.

Both of these were also provided digitally as the exclusive Bramily Singles in 2017 given out each year to the paid members of the Brandi Carlile website.
