In 2019 “The Kitchen” motion picture soundtrack featured a cover of Fleetwood Mac’s The Chain recorded by The Highwomen during their Highwomen sessions. The song was not released on their debut album, however featured on this soundtrack as a single.
The Highwomen performed the song live on Howard Stern.
In 2014 Brandi Carlile also released their own version on a Starbuck’s Valentine compilation.
